When creating websites and design materials for clients, the rights to the final product are transferred to the client after full payment of the agreed amount, unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR), unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made according to the agreed terms and the type of project - usually an advance payment of 30-50% is required before starting work, and the remainder is paid upon completion of the project.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our services at any time, but changes will not affect already concluded contracts.
The client has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of signing the contract, provided that work has not yet started.
If work has already started, refunds are made only for the unfulfilled part of the project, deducting the work already performed.
Advance payments are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after work on the project has started.
We provide a warranty for the quality of our work for a period of 30 days after the delivery of the final product. During this period, we correct all defects and errors free of charge.
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the delivered product or service by the client. We do not recommend transferring any control over the finished product to unauthorized persons, as this may compromise the service provided by us.
We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, advertising campaigns, or marketing services, as they depend on numerous external factors beyond our control. All SEO activities are performed technically and evidence is provided to clients. Advertising campaigns and marketing services are discussed before the start of each campaign so the client is aware of the expected results.
Creative Idea is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to the client does not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service that caused the claim.

We comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian legislation for personal data protection.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon their publication on this site. Your continued use of the website after the publication of changes means that you accept the new conditions.
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes arising from or related to these conditions will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts.
