ILMED supplies assistive devices for people with disabilities and reduced mobility – wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, bathroom aids, anti-bedsore mattresses and consumables. Some products are made by the company itself.
We built the store on WooCommerce with 180 products in 18 categories and a dedicated page explaining how devices can be obtained free of charge through the regional health insurance fund (RZOK).
ILMED's customers are often older people or their relatives, looking for the right device and unaware they may get it free through the health fund. The site had to be easy to use and answer exactly those questions.
We created a store with clear categories (mobility, bathroom, daily care, own production and spare parts), search, accounts and a wishlist. The “Free assistive devices through RZOK” section sits in the main menu, and orders are delivered by courier with cash on delivery.
