SEO Report from digital studio Creative Idea
When you already have your own website, you would like it to be featured more prominently, especially if your business is directly dependent on it. For your site to be preferred by search engines, it must be relevant and useful to your audience. The information on it should be in short sentences, clearly expressed, and sufficient in quantity. It is not advisable to have too many pictures and little text. Web studio Creative Idea offers several types of SEO site audits.

IMPORTANT
404 Links
A 404 error is common on sites with a lot of content or sites that are quite 'old'. It means that there is a link to content that was added to a given page from another site (photo, video) that no longer exists. Because this content is present in the code of the page and the browser tries to load it. Besides causing an error on the page itself, trying to load missing content increases the load time of the page itself.
Missing images
This is a variation of the 404 error that is specifically related to page images. When an image is missing, depending on the browser and code, you may see blank space or an element with the exact size of the image that should be rendered. This brings an unpleasant feeling to your site visitors and also lowers your site's status in front of search engines.
Site Speed
Your site should be fast enough to not make your visitors wait too long to get the information on it. By default, a page's load time should be under 5 seconds. The loading time depends on the size of the page files, code, page errors, and more.
Pages too big
When adding images to your site, it's extremely important that they match the look of your site. If your site is a company, or especially an online store, it is desirable that the images are not too large. Most sites are also viewed on mobile devices, which means that files with a size of 2-3-5MB are completely meaningless. This unnecessarily increases the volume of your site and slows down its loading.
URLs too long
A URL is the visual path to a page on your site. Usually, developers try to make addresses as short as possible. This is done in order to make it easier for visitors to remember, and to make them more attractive purely visually. And while a URL can be quite long, it's best not to use something like this: mysite.com/my-page-that-has-a-lot-of-good-content-but-is-rarely-visited.
Pages with duplicate / missing META descriptions
A META description is a short description of a page that is mainly used by search engines. When you use a search engine, the text that is like information to a site is actually the META description of the page. It is logical that there are no identical pages on a site, therefore the META description should be different. If the META description is missing, the search will display the first few words of the page's content.
Pages with too long / duplicate titles
The title of a page is what you click on when searching for a site. It should also be unique for each page and not duplicated.
Missing ALT tags on images
When an image on your site is missing, the browser displays some information. If you have added the so-called ALT tag to the images on your site, the browser will display it instead of a missing image. For example, if your site should have a picture of a boat, but it is missing, adding a "boat picture" ALT tag will display that text to visitors, so they will at least know what is in that particular place on the page. ALT tags are also used by search engines when searching for images.
Mixed content
Mixed content is a mistake that often misleads site owners. When you have an SSL certificate on your domain and you have properly encoded your site, there is a locked padlock in the browser's URL bar and accordingly the URL starts with HTTPS. However, if there is even one element on the page that leads to or is loaded insecurely via HTTP, then the entire page will be insecure and deceive the user that your site has no security.
